Refund and exchange policy

Our customers have the right to refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving goods (customer is liable for Returns postage & packaging cost). Please note that if you already redeemed your for crypto-cashback, the item is no longer 100% refundable, we can either offer a partial refund – (calculated in accordance to the reduction in percentage that was redeemed in the cashback (e.g. 100% – 20% = 80%)) or an full value exchange for an alternative product that is in stock of equivalent value. Bear in mind that with all returned or exchanged goods, it would be inspected by our customer care team and expected to be in re-sellable condition – if they are not in satisfactory resellable condition then a refund would not be issue-able. The goods could be re-delivered back to customer upon written or verbal confirmation. If no resolvable solution is reachable with the customer we would seek to give the product/s away as a charitable donation to those in need, or resell privately at discounted price as used/opened product/s.
